Offered for sale - a newly professionally built engine that has been run-in on a Dyno and run for under 2 hours.

Brief specification
219bhp achieved with small diameter restrictive exhaust manifolds
Calculated potential is in excess of 240 bhp with a change of exhaust manifolds
Dyno sheet and build sheet available.

Professionally machined block to ensure accuracy and engine balance
New Core plugs - all oil galleries cleaned out
Line bored and crank axis aligned to cylinders
All new bearings - Burtons
New Steel Con Rods - Farndon Industries
New custom high compression Forged pistons - Accrulite from Burtons and custom machined to suit spec
New oil pump and Drive
Baffled sump
Crank cross drilled and balanced
ARP bolts through out
ARP studs in block to secure cylinder heads and to ensure better head gasket seal with high compressions
New AP heavy duty clutch from Burtons
Trigger wheel fitted when balanced ready for Fuel Injection
Windage tray and strengthening plate to provide more rigidity to the block
New John Wade development camshaft
New Alloy adjustable cam gear
New cam followers and bearings
Cometic head gaskets from Burtons
Full race cylinder heads - new double valve springs and light weight retainers -
Inlet 1.750" Exhaust 1.453"
Roller rockers
New Ric Wood triple Weber inlet manifold matched to engine
Three 42DCNF - set up on the rolling road at Aldon Automotive
Non Vac Distributor matched to cam
New High Torque gear reduction started motor
Total cubic capacity is 3111cc
Crank dimensions remain standard inc bearings

I have three engines for sale, all are three litre V6 Essex engines, they were rebuilt and were for an order for french fire trucks, but in the end they only purchased two, if anyone is interested in any or all of the engines please do let me know so we can discuss pices and delivery or collection etc.
