Ordering Information
Please make cheques payable to M-Fix, and post along with a list of the item(s) you wish to purchase,
your name, full address including postcode, contact telephone number and e-mail address to:

When you have posted the order, please notify us here by e-mail stating your name, address, and contact number.
Note that cheques have to clear before goods are despatched. An email will then be sent
to you with delivery details.
M-Fix use Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery where specified, please make sure someone is
available to sign for the parcel if this is the despatch method. Goods undelivered can be collected from your local
Royal Mail sorting office for a few days after this.
Any cheques which are either incorrect or incomplete will be returned immediately.
If goods are out of stock you will be notified with the expected delivery date, however the stock status is
shown above for each item and is current.
Returns will be accepted and fully refunded as long as goods are received in new and unopened condition. Any item must be returned within 10 days from receipt. Any problems please email us.
